So it's been two weeks.
So I have been doing SparkPeople diligently for two weeks now. I have lost 7 pounds. I am really proud of myself. I want to keep losing, and eating healthy. I'm having a hard time getting all my calories some days because I'm eating healthier. I feel like there are all these great affordable alternatives to the junk I was eating. I want to start going to a gym, or buy an elliptical. I just don't know which would be better. I don't really want to move an elliptical every year (I am a renter). Oh... the decisions.
