Yesterday I went thrifting on half off day, and I got some really great stuff. I tried to stick to my $50 a month budget but I went a little over. I don't plan on shopping anymore this month though. The reason I try to keep my budget at $50 is I feel like it's a reasonable amount of clothing for me. I can do a lot with $50, especially when thrifting. For some people spending that much a month is out of the question, and some people may think my tiny budget is nuts. You need to find what works for you. Just having a budget can really help you rethink impulse purchases.
Butterfly, and sequin flowers mini dress. $2.50.
It may seem kind of crazy but I love it, and it fits really well.
I couldn't tell where this was from. The label just has a squiggly line.
Alfred Dunner. $2.50.
I like this because it has pockets, and came with a belt. But it's going to need hemmed.
Alfred Dunner. $6.50.
This came new with the tags on it. It's just like the blue one, just new.
Croft & Barrow black cardigan. $1.75
The ridiculous thing is I can never find a black cardigan. I got lucky.
Sorry this photo is terrible. I forgot to take a picture of it so I took one before throwing it in the washer.
Belts. $1 for both.
The Limited. $2.50.
Relic. $2.50.
This purse just screamed spring to me.
Total: $19.25.
So that means I went over my monthly budget by a whopping $4.25. I am out.of.control. For real. Somebody stop me.
With all my heart,
